Curtis is a Portfolio Manager on the Investment team of New Catalyst, where his primary responsibilities include the sourcing, valuation, diligence, structuring, and execution of investments in addition to general partner value creation services.

Prior to New Catalyst, Curtis was Director, Investments at Pacific Current Group (now GQG Private Client Services). In this role, his primary responsibility was to lead/co-lead all aspects of the investment process for GP-stake investment opportunities alongside the firm’s CEO. Prior to joining Pacific Current Group in 2018, Curtis was a Senior Research Analyst at Russell Investments. In this role, Curtis was a member of a 10-person team managing capital across multiple fund of fund strategies. Curtis began his career as an Analyst at Verus, where he performed manager research and selection for institutional clients.

Curtis received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of California Berkeley, Haas School of Business. He also received a B.A. in Business Administration from Seattle University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
